The fully-coordinated and sleek roadster has a LT1 V8, four-wheel disc brakes, and a fully independent sports suspension. So this low-mileage build is the ideal one for enjoying on the road and taking home plenty of trophies! Those who know the Boydster really know this is something special. It comes from the time when Chip Foose was an employee of Boyd Coddington, and he was influencing the designs. In fact, it was one of the last builds done while Chip worked for Boyd. So when you have two of the most respected names in hot rods come together, you get something this special. These were the sleekest of the '32 Ford around with zero interference from items like handles to get in the way of the smooth-flowing presentation. The Fly Yellow, painted by Roy Pigford of California, looks like it could practically glow in the dark, and with only 2,500 miles on the whole build, it retains a vibrant look you're going to love. There's even a hand-painted triple pinstripe to highlight the best curves of this custom classic. The long hood, rake of the windshield, and aggressively staggered 15/17-inch Boyd Coddington wheels are all part of a package that instantly lets you know this one was really built for speed! The Boydster was such a detailed design that even the cut of the doors added to the seductive lines. Plus, this suicide setup just drives home how custom and cool the build is. When you close them, the rolled tops integrate into the body to gives this a smooth look even in the details. Inside is a tasteful and comfortable tan leather interior by the master Gabe Lopez of Gabe's Street Rod Customs. The custom door panels flow almost seamlessly across the sides, and the bench seat has individual bolstering for bucker-like comfort. It's a thoughtful presentation, right down to the piping on the tweed carpeting that matches the rest of the upholstery. The interior continues this ultra-smooth feeling with a dash that flows right into the doors, and the buttons are hidden below this dash for a minimalist and sleek look. It's all about a thoughtful build that makes sure it looks exceptionally clean and everyone gets a clear view of its quality! Just like the rest of this build, the engine bay is an award-worthy and very uniform presentation. Nearly everything is either polished or finished in an exterior-matching yellow. It's so detailed within the smooth engine bay that even the cover carried the mark of the award-winning builder Roy Pigford. More than just look great, this is modern hot rod has fuel-injected Chevy LT1 power. This V8 sounds terrific as the headers feed a full mandrel bent stainless exhaust system. The 1932 Ford is iconic in the history of hot rodding. With its familiar body shape, classic grill design and the first year of the legendary Flathead V8 engine, it's the one everyone wants. This 1932 Ford Roadster hot rod is an exceptional example of what a traditional hot rod should be. It has a real steel body finished in fabulous custom Candy Apple paint with gold pinstriping that screams hot hod. Custom exterior features include a polished stainless-steel grill, chrome headlight buckets, chrome spreader bar, custom Blue Dot teardrop taillights and chrome windshield posts that support a custom arched windshield. A set of chrome 15-inch wheels fitted with Ford hubcaps wrapped with staggered 195/60-R15 radials in the front and giant Hoosier 29x12/50 R15 tires in the rear give this classic the perfect hot rod stance.  The cockpit is trimmed beautifully in two-tone tan with red piping, pleated door and kick panels and rich red wool carpeting. Features include gold-bezel VDO gauges with 7000 RPM tachometer, Lokar shifter, seat belts and a custom 3-spoke steering wheel. The trunk compartment is trimmed to match the interior and is where the battery and fuel filler are located. Power is sent back to a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.50 gears. The front suspension system is chromed, and the Vega steering box and steering linkage are painted to match the car. 3908-PHX 1932 FORD ROADSTER  This 1932 Ford Roadster sports an all-glass body, with the exception of its metal hood and sides. The black exterior is accented by hand-painted flames with intricate pinstriping. American Racing wheels, measuring 15 inches, fill the wheel wells perfectly. The front tires are BFGoodrich 195/65R15, while the rear boasts wider BFGoodrich 285/70R15 for improved traction. Chrome details abound, including a straight front axle and dual mirrors, enhancing the classic hot rod aesthetic.
