1955 Porsche 550 Spyder replica by Beck and Chamonix Karosserie, S/N 117255380, Silver with red leather.  2.1 liter 4 cylinder hi-po VW engine with 4 speed transmission.  Chamonix Karosserie of Brazil was founded in the 80’s by the creator of the Puma and they soon partnered with Beck to manufacture Speedster and 550 Spyder replicas.  Road and Track Magazine named them best replica in the world.  This 550 Spyder is in wonderful condition inside and out and just had a service and tune up my local marque specialists.  The “spyder” is an absolute hoot to drive and it is a challenge to stay within the speed limits…this wants to run…and due to its size and killer engine note, it feels like you are going 80mpy when you’re going 35!  We don’t know much about its past but the bang for the buck on this 550 is without question.  *titled as a 1967 VW.

1992 Porsche 964 Carrera RS N/GT “Macau,” S/N WP0ZZZ96ZNS499281, Amethyst metallic with tri-color, 3.6 litre normally aspirated flat 6 cylinder air cooled engine making 260hp with 240 lb-ft of torque, 5 speed manual transmission, the RS a lightweight race-ready and road legal Carrera with seam welded chassis, single mass flywheel, Brembo brake upgrade, lowered suspension, thinner side glass, aluminum hood, smaller battery, decontented interior, lightweight door cards with door pulls, magnesium wheels, air conditioning, radio, and sunroof delete.  The RS evolved further for the Group N Series with the M003 option for the N/GT RS with Matter roll cage, larger fuel tank, black racing seats with harnesses, and cockpit battery kill switch.  And then there are the “Macau” editions, of which our Amethyst RS N/GT hails from – a Macau casino owner ordered 20 RS N/GT for marketing purposes to be raced in a one-model race series, each of the 20 to be built in a different color, and trimmed at Porsche Exclusive with leather wrapped roll cage, carpeted headliner, sport steering wheel, and vibrantly colored interiors.  Ultimately, the race series failed to materialize and the 20 RS N/GTs were sold on. 1973 Ford Bronco Baja Bronco by Stroppe, S/N# U15GLR80665, Special Stroppe paint, poppy red bottom, white mid-section and blue top.  302 V8 with automatic transmission.  Baja Broncos were made from 1971 to 1975 and total production guess is ~450 units.  This Baja Bronco has its original MSRP and comes with a Marti report stating that this is one of 115 for model year ’73.  Bill Stroppe was the Carrol Shelby for Ford’s 4×4 and off-road division.  Made famous with Big ‘Oly with wins at the Baja 1000, Stroppe became the “buildsheet” customizer for Ford…you could walk into a dealership and check a box and get one of these…this truck was ordered by Ziems Motor Co. in Farmington, NM (the authorized Ford dealer there).  Once Ford built it (on June 12, 1973) it was then transported to Stroppe’s shop in Long Beach, CA for modification.  They redid the suspension, added flares, a Stroppe designed roll bar, steering wheel, graphics and more…this truck also has the extra option of the aptly named “Cactus Smasher” front bumper pusher.  The total MSRP was $5,177 and most of these trucks didn’t survive.  Early 70’s Broncos are very popular and sought after (Big ‘Oly sold for almost $2MM recently) and many are getting resto-modded…this Baja Bronco is just like it was when it left Bill Stroppe’s shop and is an important piece of Ford’s history, 4×4 history and a time when “tuners” were embraced by the factory to design and build something they couldn’t…simpler, cooler times indeed.  Comes with framed MSRP and Marti report.

Designed for Fiat by the masters at Bertone Design and their two most important designers Giorgetto Giugiaro &#40;Ghibli, Iso Grifo, Panda&#41; and Marcello Gandini &#40;Countach, Miura, Cizeta&#41;.  2+2 seating, sexy V6 and a capable chassis made the Dino Coupe a formidable choice in the late 60’s but they only made 3,670 between 1966-1969.  Serviced last year by a local specialist shop, they went through the Dino and spent over $30k including rebuilt carbs, full tune, new mufflers, interior, window motors and more.  Our local Fiat specialist shop just inspected our Dino and was surprised that the usual bits missing or corroded are all intact, solid and tidy. Citroen

1973 Citroen SM Automatique, S/N 00SD0958, Or de Simiane gold with brown leather.  Maserati 3.0 liter V6 engine with automatic transmission.  Sold new in Beverly Hills, CA and original MSRP included showing price of $13,844 back in ’73…very, very expensive in its day.  The Citroen Maserati Gran Turismo Coupe won the 1972 Motor Trend Car of the Year award, which is amazing considering its quirkiness and its French-ness!  Owned for a few years by Citroen service guru Jerry Hathaway. 1961 Mercedes Benz 300SL roadster, Serial Number 19804210002703, Engine Number 19898010002752, 534 Fire Red with black leather, black convertible soft top, body colored factory hard top, 3.0 litre in-line 6 cylinder engine with Bosch mechanical fuel injection making 240hp, 4 speed manual transmission, drum brakes, ivory steering wheel and shift knob, original colors, matching numbers original engine and transmission.  The W198 chassis 300SL roadster was introduced at the 1957 Geneva Motor Show and is a descendant of the wildly successful successful W194 race car, whose victories included the Le Mans 24 Hours and Carrera Pan Americana.  The roadster shares an evolved version of the Rudolf Uhlenhaut designed lightweight tubular chassis of the race car, as well as having a steel body, lightweight aluminum door skins, bonnet, and trunk lid.   Our 300SL is a USA example, is completely matching numbers throughout as confirmed by the factory data card on file, the USA rear marker lights still present, and comes to us from its passionate nonagenarian owner who has owned the 300SL since 1988.  The roadster presents nicely throughout, drives the very same, and is wearing a decades old re-paint, an beautifully aged original interior, and is in need of a proper specialist servicing and sorting to update many deferred maintenance items. Range Rover

1995 Range Rover Classic LWB, S/N SALHF1347SA654716, Avalon Blue with Tan Sorrel leather interior, 4.2 Liter V8 with automatic transmission with full time four wheel drive with high/low range.  The final year of 25 years of production, the 1995 Classic was a one-year only model and the best of the last.  The long wheel base added 8” of floor space to the rear seating area.  EAS, electronic air suspension was standard and this LWB still has it and it is fully serviced and functional.  A California truck from new and always here with a clean Carfax. 1994 Audi RS2 Avant, VIN#  WACZZZ8CZRZ000903, Polar Silver with black leather and grey alcantara inserts.  Inline 5 cylinder 2.2 liter 20-valve engine making 311HP and “Powered by Porsche”.  6 speed manual gearbox with Quattro all-wheel-drive and a Torsen central differential.  Porsche engineered and built &#40;at the same factory as the ultimate, 959&#41;.  They constructed under 3,000 of these special and rare wagons in ’94 & ’95 and they were never sold new in the USA.  Now due to time, this epic “collab” between Audi and Porsche is allowed in the USA…sadly, just not in CA.  This was the first Audi model to receive the “RS” badge and it was so deserving…and the only car to also be branded a Porsche!  Porsche engineered many upgrades and changes and also used many parts from their shelves, including:  Porsche Cup wheels, 911 Turbo mirrors, Porsche/Brembo brakes and more.  All of this attention made it the fastest Audi ever and a supercar station wagon.  Now, many years later it appeals to Audi collectors, Porsche collectors and any of us that were reading car magazines in the early 90’s…a truly epic European hero!  This RS2 spent its life in Europe before coming to the USA in 2019 and has only seen ~62k miles over its 30 years and over the past few years has had over $30k lavished on it with servicing and refreshing.  Now this most famous of super wagons is ready for you!  &#40;Not for sale in CA&#41;
