1960 Fiat-Abarth 750 'Double Bubble' ZagatoThis original 1960 Fiat-Abarth 750 'Double Bubble" Zagato is a rare and exciting find that's in need of a straightforward restoration. Red with black interior. The car is partially disassembled and its engine and gearbox are out. Don't miss the opportunity to restore this incredibly sought-after and collectible car. A project well-worth the effort. Once restored, it would undoubtedly be a welcome entrant for driving events.Carlo Abarth took over the famous early post-war Italian manufacturer Cisitalia in 1949, renaming cars in inventory Abarths. He went on to introduce highly tuned and modified Fiats, including the 750, a Fiat 600 with its engine bored and stroked to 747 cc, a modified camshaft and flywheel, and a larger carburetor, good for nearly 40 bhp and a top speed of more than 80 mph. Soon the highly respected coachbuilder Zagato took on production of Abarth?s coupe bodies, turning out a rounded, streamlined design that in its initial sketches had a roof so low that there was scant headroom for a person of normal stature. A solution was found in adding twin bulges to the roof contour, the famous double bubbles that have since become synonymous with sporting Zagato coupes. It did not take long for it to start making news, as it took a 2nd in class at the Mille Miglia. The following year, a total of five cars finished the Mille Miglia, with Alfonso Thiele driving one to a 1st place finish in the 750-cc class. Many a racer felt the sting of being passed and finishing behind a car emblazoned with the Abarth scorpion. It's been off the road for several years and is not currently running. This would be a fun project for any enthusiast. This lively Italian sports car came powered by an in-line 1500cc OHC 4-cylinder engine, producing a respectable 80bhp, mated to a 4-speed manual transmission, the car is a treat to drive on twisty roads, yet more than powerful enough to stay with modern traffic at highway speeds. 1967 Fiat Dino Coupe, S/N 135AC0001265, Red with black interior.  Ferrari & Jano designed aluminum 2.0 liter V6 with triple Weber carbs and 5 speed manual gearbox.  Designed for Fiat by the masters at Bertone Design and their two most important designers Giorgetto Giugiaro &#40;Ghibli, Iso Grifo, Panda&#41; and Marcello Gandini &#40;Countach, Miura, Cizeta&#41;.  2+2 seating, sexy V6 and a capable chassis made the Dino Coupe a formidable choice in the late 60’s but they only made 3,670 between 1966-1969.  Serviced last year by a local specialist shop, they went through the Dino and spent over $30k including rebuilt carbs, full tune, new mufflers, interior, window motors and more.  Our local Fiat specialist shop just inspected our Dino and was surprised that the usual bits missing or corroded are all intact, solid and tidy.  A cool and affordable way to buy a 60’s Italian car that includes so many important names of Italy’s automotive past and makes such a wonderful engine sound as well.  La Dolce Vita!

To Be OFFERED AT AUCTION WITHOUT RESERVE at RM Sothebys' Sealed - The Gianni Agnelli Collection event, Bidding Open Now - Closes 24 April. rnOffered Without Reserve | ?170,000 - ?300,000 EUR rnrnCommissioned especially for Gianni Agnelli; retained by him for eleven yearsrnThe first of three examples built, all commissioned by the Agnelli familyrnAmongst the most memorable and iconic of Gianni Agnelli's carsrn rnrnAt the model's introduction to replace the Fiat 2300 at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 1969, Fiat may have only intended for the 130 to be produced in sedan or coupe body styles, but the Agnelli family had a slightly different idea. Meeting the family's desire for something just as luxurious but altogether more practical, the Fiat Centro Stile penned the 130 Familiare, which was then executed by Officina Introzzi, a coachbuilder based just outside of Como. Outfitted with a 3,200 cc V6-engine with three-speed automatic transmission, the Fiat 130 also boasted independent suspension at all four wheels, making the Familiare extremely comfortable for all journeys.rnrnJust three Fiat 130 Familiares were built, including this example, the very first and thus intended for the use of Gianni Agnelli himself, with the other two built for Umberto Agnelli and a friend named Guido Nicola. All three cars were unique, with this example being arguably the most interesting and recognizable. Gianni had it painted in silver and fitted with faux wood trim on the sides and a roof rack fitted with a wicker basket, the only one of the trio to be equipped as such. Finally, an asymmetrical third rear brake light was installed, in order to better alert Gianni's security team to his movements while following him. rnrnThe car was kept at Agnelli's home in St. Moritz and used by him accordingly during the winter months, with the roof rack and basket carrying skis to and from the slopes. Being such a powerful and influential figure in Italy, Agnelli always attracted attention of the paparazzi, and he was photographed with this car on several different occasions. He obviously very much enjoyed his 130 Familiare, and it remained in his ownership until 1985. rnrnWith its current custodians, the car has been well preserved in yet used as its manufacturers intended with the current owner, appearing most notably at the Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza in 2014 and at The Ice at St. Moritz in 2022, where it received the Classic Driver Spirit of St. Moritz Award. rn rnTo view this car and others currently consigned to this auction, please visit the RM Sotheby's website.

The car was retained by him for fifteen years, being sold from his ownership in 2001, just two years prior to his passing. rnrnNineteen eighty-six saw the introduction of the 'Mk2' iteration of the Panda, internally designated 141A. These are easily identifiable due to their one-piece front side windows, and while the standard Panda gained coil-sprung independent rear suspension, the 4?4 retained the tried-and-true leaf-sprung setup with live rear-axle, as well as the largest petrol engine available in the first-generation model, the 1,108cc inline four.rnrnAfter being acquired roughly five years by the current caretaker, believed to be the Panda's fifth private owner, it was decided that the car should be fully restored to as it was when it was delivered to Agnelli. Completed in early 2025, the Panda is now proudly ready for the 2*number in the description* ski season. rnrnNot many Fiat Pandas can boast about having a full restoration, but not many Pandas have been owned by Gianni Agnelli.
