The M3 is, without a doubt, one of BMWâs most beloved nameplates, and every time a new 3-Series debuts, enthusiasts wait with great anticipation to see what the M variant will be like. With the introduction of the E90 chassis in 2005, it was clear that BMW had a great starting point- and two years later, the company debuted what might be considered the best M3 of all time. After two generations of inline-6 powered M3s, another inline-6 would have been the natural choice for the E90. But with the E46âs S54 already touching the ceiling of what was possible for a naturally aspirated 6-cylinder, BMW pivoted to a one-generation-only V8 in the E90, which transformed the M3 from a quick car to an absolute Autobahn missile.      This 2013 BMW E92 M3 was built in 2013- the final year of production, and shows just 14,300 miles at the time of cataloging. Finished in Melbourne Red, the car is in exceptional condition and presents as nearly new. Although this car remains almost entirely stock, the owner did install a set of beautiful gray-center 19â BBS CH-R lightweight wheels, which are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires as well as have a Dinan Intake installed by EAG, a ///M Performance exhaust, and Dinan software to marry everything together. Not only do these wheels look great, but they are significantly lighter than the stock setup, improving handling and steering feel thanks to the reduced unsprung weight. One hallmark of the E90 M3 was the beautiful exposed carbon fiber roof panel which brings the center of gravity down and plays to the carâs motorsport heritage.      The interior is wrapped in black, extended Novillo leather, which encases the seats, lower dash, center console, and door cards. The two front seats are exceptionally comfortable for long drives but offer fantastic bolstering for when the road gets twisty. In front of the driver sits a classic BMW M gauge cluster with all of the necessary information and a tachometer with BMWâs signature movable redline as the car begins to warm up. The âCarbon Leatherâ trim has also been optioned, which is another unique E9X chassis feature that fits patterned leather across the central strip of the dashboard. As you would expect on a low-mile car such as this one, the interior is in exceptional condition, with barely any wear noted on the seats, bolsters, or steering wheel.      Powering the E90 generation M3 is the infamous S65 DOHC V8 which produces 414 horsepower stock and revs all the way to 8,400 rpm. As the final naturally aspirated M engine from BMW, this one made a statement. With 8 individual throttle bodies breathing from an upgraded Dinan Intake and VANOS variable valve timing on the intake and exhaust cams, the S65 is capable of providing gobs of low-end power while still revving higher than almost any other V8 on the market and making power all the way around the tachometer. In addition, it makes an outstanding noise that is low and muscley at idle but transitions to a high-pitched scream as you rev it out. This car was optioned with the very desirable 6-speed manual gearbox that offers a fantastic shift feel and puts a smile on your face every time you swap cogs. For the collectors, this is the gearbox you want.      Not only was this the only M3 ever produced with a V8, but the V8 that BMW developed for this car was uniquely spectacular. When you consider that this gem of an engine was also the final naturally aspirated car to ever come out of BMWâs M, it is no wonder that the E9X chassis M3 sits high on many peopleâs lists for a future collectible. This Ã¢â¬ÅSlicer-SpecÃ¢â¬Â 2013 E92 M3 is that car - set up to be the best handling, accelerating and stopping version of one of BMWÃ¢â¬â¢s most thrilling cars. Finished in Alpine White, it is clear even at first glance that this is no stock M3. Sitting on a perfectly sized set of gold BBS RI-A wheels, the car is lower than stock but has a purposeful stance thanks to the adjustability of the Ohlins TTX 2-way adjustable shocks and Eibach springs. A subtle styling change is the addition of a Euro-spec front bumper, which is accented by an Alpha GTS front lip. A less subtle addition on the decklid is the OE BMW M235iR wing, which immediately gives the car a racing look and is supported by E92 M3 GTS trunk reinforcements. What you canÃ¢â¬â¢t see from the photos is that the entire car is wrapped in paint protection film, which will help keep your car free of the many stone chips that are typically picked up out on the track. Ã¢â¬Â Open the door, and youÃ¢â¬â¢ll immediately notice itÃ¢â¬â¢s lighter weight - a set of Motorsport 24 Carbon door cards replace the leather-wrapped originals and do away with things like speakers, shaving many pounds in the process. In front, the driver and passenger seat have been swapped out in favor of a pair of Recaro Profi seats, sitting on Brey Krause side mounts that sit lower in the car and fully engulf you to make sure you donÃ¢â¬â¢t go anywhere in hard cornering. The original steering wheel has been replaced with an Alcantara-wrapped KMP race wheel that retains buttons for the M-individual settings. Additional weight savings are seen on the center stack, where the stereo and cup holders have been removed and covered over with carbon, while at the rear, a GTS-rear seat delete kit is paired with a GTS-rear roll cage. Where the ashtray would typically be sits a Macht Schnell gauge pod with a trio of Stack gauges to keep better tabs on the carÃ¢â¬â¢s various systems. Ã¢â¬Â Unlike a lot of builds where the focus is on big horsepower numbers and everything else is secondary, this E92 doesnÃ¢â¬â¢t utilize power adders like a supercharger, instead opting for maximum speed via handling and braking power. That being said, an Akrapovic mid-pipe and cat back exhaust with titanium tips has been fitted, and the car received a BPM ECU tune. Also, to keep things cool, upgraded CSF cooling components have been added including a radiator, oil cooler, DCT cooler and power steering cooler. The basis for the suspension upgrades is the aforementioned Ohlins TTX shocks and Eibach springs, which are paired with Fall Line reinforced rear trailing arms and camber shim kit along with BW rear camber arm bearings and PSI front sway bar end links. SPL provided front lower control arms, front tension rods, front tie rod ends, rear upper traction links, upper wishbones and a rear toe arm kit. To help slow the car down, a massive AP Racing by Essex Radical big brake kit has been fitted both front and rear with Essex two-piece rotors and AP Racing Pro 5000R calipers. Ã¢â¬ÂTo say that this car is built well is an understatement, and we would say itÃ¢â¬â¢s probably one of the most thrilling E92 M3s we have ever driven.
